Made of HSS-EX, the UNF 5FPLT is a South African-brand spiral point tap, ideal for tapping through holes — its spiral point pushes chips forward for fast, clean threading. Available in 15 sizes (thread dia 1~5, pitch 13~32, thread length 3mm, overall length 100~150mm, shank dia 5.5~9mm). A TiN coating adds a hard golden film for better wear and anti-galling, extending tool life. Suitable for machining carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, workpiece hardness up to HRC40.
