Crafted in powder-metallurgy HSS, the UNF 5FP is a high-quality French-brand spiral point tap, ideal for tapping through holes — its spiral point pushes chips forward for fast, clean threading. Available in 26 sizes (thread dia 1~7, pitch 16~64, thread length 3mm, overall length 42~105mm, shank dia 3~14mm). A TiN coating adds a hard golden film for better wear and anti-galling, extending tool life. Suitable for machining carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals like aluminium and copper, workpiece hardness up to HRC35. French brand, consistent quality.
