DHF Solid Carbide High Speed & High Hardness End Mill UET, commonly called a flat or square end mill, shapes contours, side walls and slots. Sister series include UEX (rated to HRC65), UVT (rated to HRC65), VTA (rated to HRC65). What sets this one apart is a sub-micron SMG0.4 substrate with a G15 coating, rated to HRC60. It covers diameter 1~20mm, flute length 3~45mm, overall length 50~100mm, 2-4 flutes, in 32 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines cast iron, hardened and high-hardness mould steel. What is the smallest diameter? 1mm. Can it cut hardened steel? Yes — that is exactly what it is for. Typical uses: general contouring and wall milling, slot and keyway cutting, roughing and semi-finishing of mould parts.
