Product Description
DHF Solid Carbide Micro Grain Roughing End Mill WWA, commonly called a flat or square end mill, shapes contours, side walls and slots. Sister series include WUA (sizes 6~20mm). What sets this one apart is an ultra-fine MG0.6 substrate with a T2 coating, rated to HRC55. It covers diameter 6~20mm, flute length 16~45mm, overall length 50~100mm, 3-4 flutes, in 16 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines stainless steel. What is the smallest diameter? 6mm. Can it cut hardened steel? Not recommended; choose a high-hardness series instead. Typical uses: general contouring and wall milling, slot and keyway cutting, roughing and semi-finishing of mould parts.
