Solid Carbide Mini Dovetail Cutter CSMS is a solid carbide form milling cutter, made in Japan. Specifications range from diameter 5~12mm, angle 45~60°, flute length 1.2~5.6mm, effective length 4~7mm, overall length 60~70mm, 4-6 flutes. Maximum workpiece hardness up to HRC50. Suitable for: P (structural/carbon/alloy steel, <HRC30); M (stainless steel SUS304/316/420, high toughness); K (cast/grey iron, abrasion-resistant); N (non-ferrous, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic). Tags: Dovetail Cutter. In the same EIKO family: CSMW (W type dovetail, angle 60~120°) and the HSS ACS (diameter 10~60mm, angle 30~80°); CSMS is the solid carbide mini dovetail cutter, diameter 5~12mm, suited to small dovetails in precision molds.
