DHF Solid Carbide Micro Grain Corner Radius End Mill DRD, commonly called a bull nose or corner radius cutter, carries a corner radius so it can rough and clean floors in one tool. Sister series include RTG (rated to HRC55), UGR (rated to HRC65), RTD (rated to HRC55). What sets this one apart is an ultra-fine PMG0.6 substrate with a T1 coating, rated to HRC50. It covers diameter 3~12mm, corner radius 0.5~3mm, flute length 8~30mm, overall length 50~75mm, 4 flutes, in 14 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines carbon and alloy steel. What is the smallest diameter? 3mm. Can it cut hardened steel? Not recommended; choose a high-hardness series instead. Typical uses: mould roughing, floor clean-up and wall profiling, continuous milling where edge life matters.
