DHF Solid Carbide Corner Radius End Mill RTD, commonly called a bull nose or corner radius cutter, carries a corner radius so it can rough and clean floors in one tool. Sister series include RTG (sub-micron SMG0.4 substrate), UGR (rated to HRC65), RTB (sub-micron SMG0.6 substrate). What sets this one apart is an ultra-fine MG0.6 substrate with a G10 coating, rated to HRC55. It covers diameter 2~12mm, corner radius 0.2~3mm, flute length 6~30mm, overall length 50~75mm, 4 flutes, in 21 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel. What is the smallest diameter? 2mm. Can it cut hardened steel? Not recommended; choose a high-hardness series instead. Typical uses: mould roughing, floor clean-up and wall profiling, continuous milling where edge life matters.
