DHF Solid Carbide Corner Radius End Mill for Titanium Alloy UTJ, commonly called a bull nose or corner radius cutter, carries a corner radius so it can rough and clean floors in one tool. It is built on a sub-micron SMG0.4 substrate with a G10 coating, rated to HRC55. It covers diameter 3~20mm, corner radius 0.2~1mm, flute length 8~50mm, overall length 50~110mm, 4 flutes, in 9 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines stainless steel, titanium and other superalloys. What is the smallest diameter? 3mm. Can it cut hardened steel? Not recommended; choose a high-hardness series instead. Typical uses: mould roughing, floor clean-up and wall profiling, continuous milling where edge life matters.
