Product Description
DHF Solid Carbide Drill DBM, the carbide counterpart of an HSS jobber drill, produces holes and, with its straight milling shank, mounts directly in a mill or machining-centre holder. Sister series include DAK (sizes 3~20mm), DBK (sizes 3~20mm), DAQ (rated to HRC45). What sets this one apart is an ultra-fine MG0.6 substrate with a G10 coating, rated to HRC52. It covers diameter 0.5~3mm, flute length 10~28mm, overall length 50~66mm, depth-to-diameter 9~20D, 2 flutes, in 26 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines carbon and alloy steel, cast iron. What is the smallest diameter? 0.5mm. How deep can it drill? 9~20D. Can it drill hardened steel? Not recommended; choose a high-hardness series instead.
