DHF Solid Carbide Heavy Duty Corner Radius End Mill for Aluminum AESR, commonly called a bull nose or corner radius cutter, carries a corner radius so it can rough and clean floors in one tool. Sister series include AER (ultra-fine MG0.6 substrate). What sets this one apart is a sub-micron SMG0.4 substrate, uncoated. It covers diameter 3~20mm, corner radius 0.5~3mm, flute length 4.5~30mm, effective length 9~50mm, overall length 50~120mm, 3 flutes, in 16 sizes, made in Taiwan. It machines aluminium, copper and other non-ferrous metals. What is the smallest diameter? 3mm. Typical uses: high-speed milling of aluminium parts, mould roughing, floor clean-up and wall profiling.
